Terms of Service

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Peak Research Peptides ("Company") are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only (RUO). Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulatory authority, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, drug use, therapeutic application, diagnostic use, or ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application in humans or animals.

2. Buyer Eligibility

By purchasing, Buyer represents and warrants that Buyer is (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) affiliated with a bona fide research institution, academic laboratory, or professional research organization; and (c) legally authorized to purchase and handle research chemicals in their jurisdiction. Company may refuse any order at its sole discretion.

3. Buyer Responsibility & Indemnification

By purchasing, Buyer agrees that products are not approved by the FDA, are not for human use, and Buyer bears all responsibility for lawful laboratory usage, handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to Buyer's misuse, off-label use, resale, distribution, transfer to unauthorized parties, or non-compliant handling of any product purchased from the Company.

4. No Medical Claims

No statement made by the Company constitutes medical advice. No health, wellness, performance, weight-loss, anti-aging, recovery, or therapeutic claims are made or implied. No dosing guidance, protocols, cycles, or stacks are provided.

5. All Sales Final

All sales are final. The Company does not issue refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery to the common carrier. Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for compliance with all import/export laws applicable to the destination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Acceptance

By placing an order, Buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
